Here’s a few things about Fallphaze to keep in mind while registering:

• Our event is held in the wooded area to the south of the pin on the Google Map. We lovingly call it “Geigerville,” as it is owned by Tom and Betty Geiger (Scott’s parents). The map link takes you to their house, but you need to continue PAST their house to Swallow Avenue, then turn LEFT and look for the sign guiding you to the farm access road to enter the Interphaze area.
• If you plan on reserving a hotel room instead of camping, PLEASE contact us first. We have a good relationship with a hotel in the area, who is friendly to us and we can vouch for the quality of the rooms. We have carefully vetted this hotel, and others may not be up to your expectations.
• Remember that EACH person that registers must have their own, unique account with their own, unique Email address (even youth). If your kiddos don’t have an email address, I suggest making a throwaway one at gmail or a similar service.
• Do NOT register twice using the same account. If you do, the original registration details are lost to us, and we will only see the last registration entered using that email account.
• Even if you’re only coming to chaperone, you still need to REGISTER yourself using the NPC / Chaperone registration. We need to have waivers on hand and a record of all participants.
• If you’re purchasing the YOUTH THREE PACK, register yourself first! Then, using your account, purchase the three pack. It will generate three discount codes for you to give to the three youth participants. (If you’re registering them, too, remember to set them up with their own account)
