Event Details

Players will play for the entire event. Select players may be asked or volunteer for NPC roles throughout the event. Characters participating in this event will gain 2 levels.

Registration includes Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Sunday Brunch.

You’ll be asked to update your character information during the registration process; be sure to have any skill choices or spell research requests ready.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No.  But all participants under age 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone.  Chaperones who are not also playing are required to register as NPCs for the event.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes.  Your registration can be transferred to a future event if you are unable to attend.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. Use the Character Request / Update page to send update requests.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available until 5 calendar days before the event starts.  After that time, there are no refunds though you may still transfer your ticket to a future event.

EVENT SYNOPSIS

King Corteus Seath, second to bear his name, has decreed that the Kingdom should be reunited. Our heroes are traveling south to establish communications with the Southern half of the Kingdom, cut off during the 30 years of Red Darkness. Now, they see the shining parapets of Castle Lanfrac, seat of power for the Duke of Lanfrac, and gateway to the Southlands. But when they arrive, they find the castle in ruins. What happened? Who slaughtered the Duke and his family? What is the source of the unearthly cries and lamentations from within… and… are they still in the castle?

Check in and familiarize yourself with the play space. Sort through questions on passports, and get settled in. Begin your investigation into the Ruin of Castle Lanfrac.

You can take the fight out of a Lanfrac… but you can’t take a Lanfrac out of the fight. Our heroes are met by the stiff resistance of the guards of Castle Lanfrac… at least they USED to be.

The Key to the Mystery – Saturday, March 23, 1:30 PM

Castle Lanfrac lays in ruins. Its people lay dead, broken and strewn about like the blackened and burned stones fallen from the once shining towers. Being the key connecting point between North and South, it’s imperative that our Heroes discover the truth about what happened… and how to stop it from happening again… or elsewhere.

As it becomes clear that some of the important information our Hereos seek lie beyond the grave, the more spiritual among them gather to commune with the dead. But when you entreat the dead, be careful what you ask for.

Time runs out, and spirits rush in. It’s a race against the Sun to stop the evils of Castle Lanfrac from claiming the lives (and souls) of our Heroes.
