Summerphaze registration is LIVE and ready to go!
You’ll notice we’ve revamped our registration page, incorporating the wealth of event information we used to have when we used Eventbrite.
You’ve probably also noticed the new Email Newsletter format. We’re really working hard to get everything more streamlined and easy to use. In that light, here are a couple registration tips and tools to help your registration process go as smoothly as it can:
- Remember that EACH person that registers must have their own, unique account with their own, unique Email address (even youth). If your kiddos don’t have an email address, I suggest making a throwaway one at gmail or a similar service.
- Do NOT register twice using the same account. If you do, the original registration details are lost to us, and we will only see the last registration entered using that email account.
- Even if you’re only coming to chaperone, you still need to REGISTER yourself using the NPC / Chaperone registration. We need to have waivers on hand and a record of all participants.
- If you’re purchasing the YOUTH THREE PACK, register yourself first! Then, using your account, purchase the three pack. It will generate three discount codes for you to give to the three youth participants. (If you’re registering them, too, remember to set them up with their own account)

PLEASE NOTE: Our experience from Miniphaze trying to help people work around registration issues by taking alternative forms of payment / making other arrangements led to an administrative headache, including passports being unprocessed, and other issues. We will work with you as much as it takes to help you get registered using our system, but we need to do everything we can to let this system do the work for us. Thanks for understanding!
